Plaid Friday 2013 news and guide

Well I can't believe it's time for Plaid Friday again.  I never would have thought that the City I love would be so supportive of this event when I started it in 2009! I am equally proud to know that small businesses all over the country have embraced the idea and run with it.

At the shop we will be open from 11-8pm and offering 10% your purchase to anyone wearing Plaid. +Plus+ a small gift with purchase. Can't make it to the shop? Shop online and use promo code #Plaid during checkout for a discount all day on Plaid Friday.

We are also excited to have Curbside Creamery coming to sell her treats out front (check out our Q & A with her on our blog.) In addition we welcome back Tiny Atlas Quarterly who will be hanging out talking about their publication and Kickstarter campaign that ends really soon! (So go online and support it if you can).

Throughout downtown there are over 45 businesses participating and many activities happening near City Hall including a Santa Village and a gift wrapping station.  We have maps available in the shop, but here is a link to the PDF version for download.  Don't forget there is FREE parking all day (time limits still apply so just move your car every 2 hrs).

I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable Plaid Friday!!! Please tag your Social Media pics with #plaidfriday so we can see the fun.
