Terms and Conditions

 Returns Policy:
Items in the store can be returned within 10 days of purchase date as long as the item is undamaged and returned in its original packaging. Shipping is non-refundable. Please include a reason for the return and the order number. 

Shipping Fees:
Marion and Rose's Workshop uses USPS’ Priority Mail and Parcel Post for all domestic and international shipping. Domestic shipments take 2 days to ship out from the shop. Shipping costs will be calculated once items are placed in the cart and the “ship to” address is specified.


Shipping procedures:
USPS is the carrier for all shipments from the Marion and Rose's Workshop. Orders received during regular business hours (PST 9AM-5PM) will go out the next business day. If you pre-order a product we will contact you with the expected delivery date. Please contact info@marionandrose.com if you have any questions.


Damaged Packages:
We take precaution when packaging our products, but understand that damages can occur during shipment. If products arrive to you damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the package. Please email us a photo of the damaged product  and packaging so that we can contact our carrier.

Security:
The checkout process is through PayPal. Please refer to Paypal’s website for up-to-date information on their security policies and procedures.

Marion and Rose's Workshop is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make shopping online as simple as possible and to improve the overall shopping experience on the site. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. Period.
