Featuring over 80 businesses with gorgeous images accompanying each description written by Melissa Davis, all images by the talented Kristen Loken.

Old Oakland friends FloraCultural Society, Marion & Rose's Workshop, Crown Nine, Trappist and Tamarindo are graciously hosting a sunny afternoon event to celebrate the launch of This Is Oakland. Browse over 15 Oakland boutiques and restaurants/cafes profiled in the book - all in Old Oakland just for the afternoon.
The event will be outdoors in the breezeway next to Marion & Rose’s (on 9th street, between Broadway and Washington), going back through to the Trappist patio.
